Transit test drives with a bonus

JENNINGS Ford Transit Centre, now part of the Lookers family, is holding a test drive event with an added extra in store for customers looking for a new commercial vehicle from the award-winning Ford range.

From Saturday, November 3 until November 18, Jennings Ford Transit Centre, at Eslington Park in Gateshead, is taking part in Ford Motor Company’s Transit Show Live event.

The event has been organised to offer an additional £500 saving to customers who test drive and purchase any commercial vehicle during the 16-day event.

Vehicles must be contracted from November 3 until November 19, and registered by March 31, 2019. The promotion applies to retail sales only. Terms and conditions apply.

Customers who take advantage of the event and £500 saving by taking a test drive and placing an order will also benefit from receiving the company’s award-wining customer service.

Throughout the event, members of staff will be on hand to show customers the iconic Transit range, including the newly launched Transit Connect and Transit Courier models, in addition to other award-winning Ford commercial vehicles.

The updated Transit Connect features a new front end design, adopts the distinctive three-bar Transit grille, includes a modified headlight design, and offers a range of technical and interior changes compared to its predecessor.

Customers can also choose from Ford’s new 1.5-litre EcoBlue diesel engine, or the latest version of the manufacturer’s popular 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine.
