THE outlandish true story of a black police detective, who infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan in the 1970s. Ron Stallworth (John David Washington) is persuaded to join the Colorado Springs police force as part of a diversity drive. He is consigned to the records room, where he suffers abuse from fellow officers. Eventually, Ron goes undercover to infiltrate a local chapter of the KKK run by Walter Breachway (Ryan Eggold). Ron and Detective Flip Zimmerman (Adam Driver) must impress Walter’s second-in-command if police are to get close to their prime target: David Duke (Topher Grace), Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.

WHEN David Kim (John Cho) loses his beloved wife to cancer, he struggles to articulate his grief to their daughter Margot (Michelle La). Late one night, while he is asleep, David misses two phone calls and a video call request from his daughter. The next morning, Margot is missing. David contacts the police and Detective Rosemary Vick (Debra Messing) is assigned to the case. A trawl through Facebook and other websites reveals that the father doesn’t know his little girl very well. The case gains media attention and people start to contribute to the debate using competing hashtags #FindMargot and #DadDidIt.

THE Honorable Mrs Justice Fiona Maye (Dame Emma Thompson) is a slave to the law at London’s Royal Courts of Justice. Her workload leaves scant time for husband Jack (Stanley Tucci), who confesses his intention to have an affair. Fiona is called away to deal with the case of 17-year-old leukaemia patient Adam Henry (Fionn Whitehead). The boy and his parents are Jehovah’s Witnesses and it is contrary to their faith to accept blood. Adam will die without a transfusion, and hospital staff are concerned he is being influenced by his parents. Fiona must deliver her ruling while trying to resuscitate her marriage.
