THE row between Piers Morgan and Little Mix is rumbling on - with the TV host branding the band “talentless dimwits”.

The scathing comment came after the group, made up of Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, both of South Shields, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson, said they had no time for the controversial presenter.

Morgan previously criticised the group when they released a promo image for single Strip which sees the girls naked and covered in slurs.

it was branded empowering by their fans – but Piers saw the image in a different light.

Hitting out on Twitter, the Good Morning Britain presenter said: “What is empowering about this? Get your kit off, airbrush yourself to within an inch of your lives. What’s the point of it? Using nudity to sell their album.” Speaking about the feud in an interview with The Guardian on Saturday, Jade said: “I don’t want to dwell too much on it, and he doesn’t deserve a line on it because he’s obviously loving it.”

Piers has now taken to Twitter to vent his frustration and reignite their feud.

He said: “I can’t hang out with those foulmouthed, talentless, clothes-allergic little dimwits? Gutted.”

Fans are divided over his tweet. One wrote: “Not a very respectful way to talk about young women.”

Another added: “Piers, you speak for the vast majority of right thinking British men. Thank you!” The row between the girls and Morgan has been rumbling on for months. Jesy also hit back at Morgan after he voiced his outrage at their naked photo to campaign against online trolling, insisting they were stripping off to sell records. Piers said: “Little Mix have responded to my comments about the idea. You might remember they stripped naked and covered themselves in rude words to sell their new record.”

Furious Morgan then revealed to stunned Good Morning Britain viewers what Jesy had called him on Radio 1.

He said: “Ah Jesy you let yourself Piers Morgan The Little Mix publicity shot that Morgan criticised

I think our viewers are perfectly entitled to know the scale of language Little Mix used

down love. When our doing a campaign against using rude words it’s probably best not to use rude words on the radio against me.” He added: “She called me a t**t, lets be perfectly clear. I apologise to anyone whose offended by the word Little Mix used against me.”

He continued: “Little Mix I think you need to make an apology during your campaign to root out foul language.” Piers then mouthed the offensive word again, then added: “I think our viewers are perfectly entitled to know the scale of language Little Mix used.”
