Motorcyclist seriously hurt in crash

A YOUNG biker has been left with life-changing leg injuries after a serious crash.

Police were called to the collision involving a motorbike on the B6354 in Duddo, Northumberland, at 7.43pm on Sunday.

A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious and lifechanging leg injuries.

He remained in hospital yesterday morning in a stable condition.

The road was closed for four hours as emergency services worked at the scene.
