ASHINGTON Town Mortimer went ballistic, destroying Black Horse 21-1 in the only game in Division One.

Daniel Hartshorn rattled in seven goals, while Lee Messenger, Jordan Lashley and Jay Chung all scored hat-tricks themselves.

The other goals came from Carl Adkins, Jonny McGurk, Cristian Priest, Lewis Carr and Ryan McKee. Chris Dunlop scored the consolatio­n goal for the Black Horse.

The only game in the Premier Division saw Amble run out 8-0 winners at Bubbles Ashington. Jake Baker struck four times while Darren Smith, Brad McCelland, Ross Moore and Josh Hay also got on the scoresheet.

Bedlington Social Club made it backto-back cup semi-final victories over Ashington RAOB to secure their place in the SA Randolph Cup.

The Social Club cruised to a home 5-0 win just a week on from success in the semi-final of the Alan Davison Cup.

Kieran Eagan, Andrew McClellen, Michael Angus, Daniel Dargue and Liam Candlish all got on the scoresheet for Bedlington.

Newsham Victory secured their Eric Anderson Cup semi-final place in spectacula­r style with a resounding 9-0 win over Blyth United Services.

Leading the scoring with four goals was David Lillico, while further goals came from Jeff Fuller, Shaun Robinson, Connor Vincent, Ryan Waite and Dean Linney.

Ellington Plough also reached the semi finals with a 5-2 win against Ashington Town Central, thanks to braces from Michael Scarpa and Bryen Atkinson, while Ryan Prauschke scored their other goal. Michael Todd scored both goals for the Central.

Cambois Club needed penalties to get past Newbiggin New Ship in the other semi-final. The scores were level at 1-1 before Club won 3-1 on penalties. Andrew Armstrong scored for the Ship; Connor Willis replied for Cambois Club.
