Sally’s pasta mistake B
RIAN is far from impressed with Abi’s plans to have a date with Kevin the night before her maths GCSE. The fact she gets drunk with the mechanic also leaves Sally annoyed; she thinks Abi’s a gold digger who’s after Kevin’s newly acquired cash.
Telling Abi what she thinks is a mistake though and the row prompts Abi to tip a plate of spaghetti bolognese all over Sally’s head.
Elsewhere, while Emma recovers in hospital, Steve reports Ali to Dr Gaddas for his
misdiagnosis. The dodgy doc also confesses to Maria that he shouldn’t have dumped her and is jealous of Gary, unaware that Adam is watching them.
When Adam tells Gary about the reconciliation, he is so furious he meets with a private detective, and asks him to find out what he can about Dr Ali.
Shona is stunned to discover Gail has cancelled the wedding, what with David being in prison and all and Nick resolves to help his younger brother by speaking to Josh – who has been lying about David’s involvement in the attack on him.
However, his plan of turning up at the hospital and posing as Josh’s solicitor is foiled by Billy.
The vicar talks to Josh in hospital in a bid to try and make him tell the truth about what happened in the prison.
Eventually news arrives that fresh evidence means David could be released and the wedding might go ahead after all.
Also this week, a delivery of beard oil ingredients arrives for Sinead, so Carla decides to try and keep the business going for Daniel and looks for Sinead’s recipe and Robert is left in a panic when he spots Vicky’s son Tyler on the cobbles. The chef fears the lad will discover his relationship with Michelle, but will his web of lies unravel?
