Who is really to blame for Archie’s injuries?
JIMMY KING is no stranger to being labelled the bad guy
– but a child abuser? This is the shocking accusation levelled at him after Laurel’s son Arthur lies that he has hurt Archie, to cover up his own aggressive behaviour.
Jealous of the attention being lavished on the lad now that their parents, Laurel and Jai are a couple, Arthur unleashes his fury at Archie, pushing him off the pirate ship, and leaving him unconscious.
While tending to Archie, Laurel and Jai find another mark on him. Arthur quickly concocts a story about Jimmy being responsible and Archie is too scared to argue and tell them what Arthur has been up to.
Meanwhile, after the Dingles’ trial for Mandy, another one could be in the offing this week as Cain and Aaron cause a rift in the family.
The debacle begins when they find a buyer for the stolen car, unaware that Sean, a member of the gang they nicked it from, is watching.
He retaliates by kidnapping
Moses (who Cain was supposed to be looking after) and says he will only give him back if he gets his vehicle.
Charity is understandably furious, and she only gets angrier when Chas attempts to defend Aaron.
However, Charity can’t entirely take the moral high ground as Vanessa breaks up with her after she fails to come clean about her part in Mandy’s dodgy dealings.
Noah and Sarah are crushed, but will Vanessa change her mind?
Elsewhere, Mandy tries to help Lydia reach out to her sister, Graham has second thoughts about a weekend away with Rhona, and Liam plans a surprise for Bernice.
