CELEBRATE the diamond anniversary of the nation’s longest-running TV soap with 60 Years Of Coronation Street.

The official book by Abigail Kemp takes readers through every year of the ITV show with a timeline that highlights key plot lines, photographs and production information.

The £20 book, published by Hamlyn, also includes features on characters, famous actors, royal visits, births, deaths, marriages and murders and interviews with key actors, producers and production staff.

Coronation Street producer Iain Macleod says: “This book is an excellent tribute to this world record-breaking milestone.”

Corrie will broadcast its 60th anniversary episode on Wednesday, December 9.
