MILD-MANNERED CAFÉ OWNER COMES A CROPPER WITH THE LAW OVER LAUREN’S DISAPPEARANCE
THERE’S a shock in store for Corrie residents next week as mild-mannered Roy is arrested over Lauren’s disappearance.
Suspicions are first aroused when Sean considers renting Lauren’s former flat for him and Dylan – until he spots what look like blood stains on the curtains.
Carla and Bobby report them to the police, who think Lauren may have been murdered.

However, his mum does manage to confide her fears in Paddy, and the former couple end up kissing. Sadly, Paddy quickly realises their clinch was a mistake and makes a tactless exit, leaving Chas feeling worse than ever.

But the biggest moment comes when Melanie, who storms out of the competition as Toadie lavishes attention on Terese, is picked up on walkie talkie telling Holly exactly what she got up to with her ex-husband. Terese is horrified and, of course, immediately turns to Paul for support.
