Life’s a beach, but will Nick die?

-

NICK attempts to prove he hasn’t been taken over by the green-eyed monster by organising a day out at the seaside with Leanne, Toyah, Peter and Steve.

Unfortunately, a kickabout on the beach ends up in a petty squabble and Nick tells Peter he knows the alibi Leanne gave him was false as he had seen him on the night of the attack on Ken.

Leanne overhears and is furious that he stayed quiet when he could have cleared Peter’s name. She decides enough is enough – their relationship is over.

As Nick is left alone with his thoughts, he steps into quicksand, but will anybody hear his cries for help?

Menawhile, after weeks of speculation, the truth comes out – it is a member of the Barlow family who attacked a defenceless Ken.

He’s horrified by the realisation that somebody close to him could have done it, but puts himself in danger again by confronting them. Eventually the villain goes to the police to make a full confession – but this may not be the end of the story...

And Nathan attempts to silence Shona, but she reveals how he’s been using Bethany to a horrified David, Sarah and Gary.
