Blasting back to the 60s, this rock ‘n’ roll show – which opens on Monday and runs until Saturday – is now an established favourite with its nostalgia-fest of songs including classics from the likes of Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran and Billy Fury. These are bound up in a story about young musicians who compete not only in a national songwriting competition but for the attention of a girl, before love wins out for all.
