On Wednesday this sixties nostalgia-fest will have audiences feeling as if summer has returned. It’s a concert to mark the 50-year anniversary of that famous summer of 1967 when an explosion of flowers, psychedelia, freedom, peace and love, and – of course – music inspired a culture, a generation and even changed the world. Against a backdrop of 1960s film footage, a live band will perform more than 40 classic songs such as California Dreaming, San Francisco, Somebody To Love and Brown Eyed Girl.
