Reporter DO you fancy helping local children and having a laugh while you do it?
Well it’s time to dust off those ugly Christmas jumpers to raise money for The Sunshine Fund.
The charity dedicate their time to fundraising to buy specialist equipment for disabled children and they are right in the midst of their Christmas appeal.
The aim is to raise £30,000 throughout the festive period to support Hadrian School in Benwell, Newcastle, which provides specialist education for children aged between two and 11 with a range of additional needs including complex and severe learning difficulties.
