I READ with amazement the letter referring to Donald Trump as a ‘warmonger.’

The author seems to have had no dealings in the past with bullies and let’s face it the likes of Kim Jong Un are certainly bullies.

The only way to deal with them is to wave a bigger stick (deterrent) than they have.

I for one am glad that President Trump is prepared to do it on my behalf.

The UN and European leaders have not faced up to despots like these in a long time.

Heaven help us if the likes of Jeremy Corbyn and his cohorts get to power – we will be stripped of any means to defend ourselves.

And don’t be fooled into thinking that diplomatic means will make dictators like him come to their senses. Remember the 1930s.
