New video shows off city’s top attractions

Some of Dundee’s most popular tourist attractions are on display in a new video highlighting the city as a top tourist destination.

Verdant Works, Dundee Contemporary Arts (DCA), RRS Discovery and the Botanic Garden are just some of the places showcased in VisitScotland’s new YouTube advert, Dundee in Summer.

The video shows two intrepid explorers, having marvelled at Dundee’s delights as they cross the Tay Bridge, take a quick cycle tour of the city before going to some of its leading landmarks.

The explorers then go for a wander round the DCA, a nibble in Jessie’s Kitchen, a flick through the records in Groucho’s and take a quick selfie with the St Mary’s penguins, all displaying Dundee as a top place to visit for a summer holiday.
