Three-year-old a possible future Group One contender

THIKRIYAAT can vindicate his late addition to the Doom Bar Celebration Mile by taking gold in the Goodwood showpiece.

The £10,000 supplementary fee is merely a trifle for an owner such as Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum, but the intent is far from insignificant as the three-year-old has been mentioned as a possible future Group One contender for Sir Michael Stoute.
