Doctor Who

This time the action takes place in Regency England, where the Doctor and Bill are attending the last of the great frost fair. It should be a happy event, but people have been vanishing from the ice and something appears to be stirring beneath it. Meanwhile, Bill is about to learn a tough lesson about the past.
