FORFAR The messy church at St Margaret’s takes place on Saturday from 10.30am to noon.

BOOKS The Learning Tree Partnershi­p is holding a pop-up book shop from tomorrow until Sunday in OB’s, 19 West Port, Arbroath.

It will be open from 1 to 7pm tomorrow and 10am to 4pm on the other days.

There will also be children’s activities on offer on Saturday and Sunday.

DENS Dundee FC is hosting its first annual club beer festival at Dens Park on Saturday June 24, including live music from a string of groups.

ROADS Angus commuters are set for four weeks of delays on a key route into Dundee.

Carriagewa­y repairs will begin at Drumgeith Road on Monday, with the road closed between Ballumbie Road and Hawick Drive. During the second phase the stretch between Hawick Drive and Kellas Road will be shut off and the final work will be carried out at the Kellas Road junction.
