FORFAR: Police arrested a 30-year-old man after a breach of the peace incident in Forfar on Tuesday morning.
It is understood that specialist units attended the incident, which occurred in Lordburn Place at 11.30am.

ARBROATH: Knox’s and St Vigeans churches are holding their monthly service at Cairnie Lodge, Forfar Road, Arbroath, on Thursday June 8 at 2pm.
HEALTH: Emergency life-saving courses will run in June at various medical centres in Dundee, Angus and Perth.
The Heartstart Discovery seminars are free-to-attend, two-hour training sessions which teach the basics of emergency life support.
Each class will demonstrate how best to perform emergency life support – a set of actions needed to keep someone alive until professional help arrives, which gives a casualty the best possible chance of survival.
Skills taught include caring for an unconscious person who is breathing, caring for an unconscious person who is not breathing and performing CPR, how to recognise the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and how to deal with one, helping someone who is choking and helping someone who is bleeding badly.
Helen Brady, Heartstart Discovery coordinator, said: “Emergency life support skills really do save lives so please consider registering for a session today.”
