Join the Science Centre on a trip to the final frontier

Dundee Science Centre is offering visitors the chance to take a trip to the final frontier this summer. The Boom! Bang! Blast Off! exhibition exploring space travel will launch on Thursday and will run until September 10. It will include daily shows on space travel, from the physics of how rockets escape gravity to the science of surviving in space.

Calum McAndrew, exhibition and community engagement officer, said: “We’ve come a long way since Yuri Gagarin became the first human to travel into space over 50 years ago, with astronauts now living on the International Space Station all year round.”
