Dundee Flower and Food Festival tickets
The Dundee Flower & Food Festival is the premier show of its kind in Scotland and this year runs from Friday-Sunday, September 1-3. The Courier has 25 pairs of tickets up for grabs for this fantastic event.
The festival offers a wide variety of competitions and activities for children alongside a range of environmental activities and attractions. Guest chefs include Gary Maclean on the Friday, Nick Nairn on Saturday and Tony Singh on the Sunday.
Gardening expert Jim McColl will be guesting on Saturday, plus there’ll be a programme of gardening talks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Floral Marquee along with an amazing range of plants and bulbs and the inspirational garden displays are not to be missed.
The highlight of the competitive displays this year include the 12 Board British Begonia Championships, Chrysanthemum & Dahlia Society Scottish Championships, World Gladioli and Potato Championships. Visitors will be impressed by the selection of high quality local and national produce on sale in the food festival with the chance to “try before you buy” at many of the stands.
Come along and see children’s TV presenter Andy Day, as well as Big Rory and Ochie the Dog, and spectacular falconry displays by Elite Falconry. The Sounds of Dundee Project will present a wide range of music from local performers on the music stage.
