Seeking positive outcomes

Sir, - David Davis says he is trying to achieve the best possible outcome for Britain and our European neighbours from the Brexit negotiations.

Perhaps it would be sensible in that case to withdraw from Brexit and stay in the EU, thus avoiding the chaos we now find ourselves in.

That chaos was caused by Mr Davis and his Tory supporters who told us a pack of lies in the referendum campaign, stating that it would be a straightforward and inexpensive split.
