Unfortunately looking good

Society Rock colt worth backing at Newmarket

- By THE FERRET

UNFORTUNATELY can strike Group One gold again in the Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket.

This Society Rock colt has certainly not lived up to his name so far, with three wins in six starts, culminating in Prix Morny glory last time out.

A bit of ease in the ground clearly suits Unfortunately.

He could prove to be a shrewd purchase for Cheveley Park Stud, whose colours he sports for the first time here.

DIFFERENT LEAGUE will also be in action at headquarters in the Cheveley Park Stakes and could well topple hot favourite Clemmie.

Different League has proved capable on a range of ground, and that could give her the edge. LONDON GLORY sprang a minor surprise at Hamilton and can follow up in the Robert Purvis Plant Hire Handicap at Musselburgh tomorrow.

ENABLE can cap a memorable season with victory in tomorrow’s Prix de l’arc de Triomphe at Chantilly.

While it will win no prizes for originality, John Gosden’s filly is quite simply head and shoulders above the rest over 12 furlongs.
