CARNOUSTIE:

The Aboukir will be the venue for the Carnoustie Canine Capers fundraisin­g quiz tomorrow.

It starts at 7pm and a table of four costs £10.

ARBROATH:

The Royal British Legion Arbroath women’s section annual meeting is on Friday, with doors open at 6.45pm.

KIRRIEMUIR:

A winter craft fair organised by the Glens and Kirriemuir Old Parish Church takes place on Saturday from 10am to 2pm in Kirriemuir Old Parish hall.

On offer will be jewellery, chocolates, sweets, candles, handmade soap, knitted goods, cards, Christmas goodies, Fairtrade goods and Church calendars.

Entry, costing £1.50 for adults and 50p for children, includes tea or coffee and a mince pie.

ARBROATH:

The RNLI Lifeboat Guild Christmas Craft Evening takes place on November 23 in the Royal British Legion Hall in Helen Street at 7pm for 7.30pm.

Tickets costing £4 include a glass of wine and nibbles.

Tickets are available from any member of the Guild or the RNLI Shop, open weekends from 1-3pm.

INVERKEILO­R: Inverkeilo­r Church Guild host a soup and pudding lunch on Saturday in the church hall in Station Road from noon until 2pm.

Entry costs £4.
