On Sunday it’s a special weekend Pre-production at Clark’s on Lindsay Street with the return of favourite Boo Hewerdine.

The former frontman of The Bible and one of the UK’S most respected songwriter­s, (Eddi Reader’s chart hit The Patience of Angels), Boo returns to Dundee with a full band to play songs from his new album Swimming in Mercury and many of his other self-penned songs.

Look out for some great numbers including Mahalia and Graceland from his back catalogue.

There’s smooth rock and muso pop tonight as Miami Vince return to Clark’s on Lindsay Street.

Tomorrow The DBS play pop gems and rock classics.

Both start at 9.30pm with free entry before midnight.

Get your dancing (platform) shoes on for a night glam rock and 70s disco on Thursday with live music from The Time Bandits and DJ Kit from 8pm.

Perth-based rock and pop covers band Audiofraud is at Westport Bar tomorrow playing classics and modern hits from Stereophon­ics, Billy Idol, Nirvana, T Rex, Blondie and more.

Tomorrow the pop punk group is at The Snug from 9pm then at Deacon Brodies on Sunday at 5pm.

London punk band Vice Squad is at Beat Generator Live tonight.

All Good welcomes Peggy Gou to the Reading Rooms tonight.

Berlin-based Korean artist Peggy has begun to turn heads in undergroun­d circles through a regular stream of high quality mixes.

Sitting somewhere between Detroit, London and Berlin in sound, her DJ sets are an assured, kinetic combinatio­n of dark, pulsing house and techno, broken beats and abstract compositio­ns.

Alongside Peggy, residents Van D and Ethan Bell will be getting the crowd warmed up nicely.

It’s Locarno Christmas tomorrow with Red, Steven, Reuben and Max playing their usual mix of 50s and 60s music with some good old Christmas tunes thrown in.
