Researchers estimate that 95 per cent of everything in the universe is ‘invisible’, some is thought to be comprised of nebulous concepts such as Dark Matter and Dark Energy. thecouriermagazine also looks back at her father, George VI’S coronation, which took place when she was 11 years old during a rare TV interview in which she recalls her memories of both occasions. Her Majesty is chatting to royal historian Alastair Bruce, who is also on hand to explain the significance of the Crown Jewels and Royal Regalia.
SAS: Who Dares Wins (Channel 4, 9pm-10pm)
The recruits are put through rounds of gruelling training by special forces instructors in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains. They must abseil more than 200 feet from the top of the El Mansour Dam, and undertake a gruelling mountain climb in high temperatures while each carrying 40 pounds on their back.
