Slessor Gardens photo exhibition explores violence against women

An exhibition exploring violence against women has gone on display at Slessor Gardens in Dundee.

The photographic series shows 17 artistic images of women shot in a dark studio by artist Janice Aitken and forms part of Dundee Women’s Festival.

Ms Aitken will give a talk tonight about her work, My Silence Will Never Protect Me, at Dundee Contemporary Arts at 7pm.
