- NEIL HENDERSON

The owner of three boats, stolen by thieves from a Fife fishery, has offered a “substantial reward” for information that would lead to their return.

Thieves struck at Upper Carriston Fishery, close to Star, between Thursday evening and Friday morning, making off with three Coulam boats estimated to be worth around £12,000.

Fishery owner Richard Muszynski said he has been devastated by the attack and has now offered a “substantial” cash reward for anyone with information that will help catch those responsible or return the stolen boats.

The theft comes just three weeks after malicious vandalism at the same fishery resulted in another boat being deliberately damaged and sunk.
