A man’s life was at risk after he sustained severe injuries in a Rosyth street attack, a court has heard.

He admitted that on December 5 at Queensferry Road, Rosyth, he assaulted Garry Hay, threw stones at him which struck him and punched him on the head, causing him to fall to the ground and lose consciousness.
Thereafter, while the victim was on the ground, Tierney kicked him on the head to his severe injury, impairment and to the danger of his life.
