Female conductors are not now likely to be employed on the Dundee tramcars. Dundee Tramways Committee arrived at the conclusion that there was no necessity for making any change on the policy at present in opertaion for the staffing of the cars. The question was debated at length, and a feeling seemed to prevail that the public should exercise a little consideration and forbearance with men who had served their country, of whom there was a considerable number in Dundee.
