ABlairgowrie business is celebrating its 15th anniversary – and the recruitment of a new staff member.

Ann Bellingham Financial Services is an independent firm directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Over the years, the company has gone from strength to strength.

Ann Bellingham, principal at the company has 34 years of experience the financial services profession.

She said: “In the past 15 years, we have worked closely with other professionals, such as solicitors and accountants in Perthshire and Dundee, to offer all of our clients a complete financial planning service.

“We have become central to the clients’ personal financial objectives.”

Ann is joined by a strong team, recently bolstered by the introduction Shona Forrest.

She has 35 years of experience in the sector and has joined as a private client assistant after working at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Shona said: “While I enjoyed working for RBS, I felt the time was right to develop my skills with Ann Bellingham Financial Services.

“I am embracing the opportunities that an independent financial planner has to offer their clients old and new in of and thoroughly enjoying working in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic environment.”

Shona joins Deborah Pol, a private client manger, who has more than nine years’ financial services experience.

Deborah added: “After establishing and defining our clients’ main objectives, we guide and support them through a six-stage process, culminating in providing them financial plan.

“This is monitored closely by the team, discussed and explained clearly in simple terms during their planning review meetings throughout the year.”

Deborah is also continuing to develop her qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute. Colleague Larry Hansen has been a paraplanner with with their own bespoke Ann Bellingham Financial Service years, providing extra support.
