Cross Forth challenge in aid of Venture Trust

Tom Mallows of the Venture Trust will be hoping the killer whales sighted off the Isle of May last year are not planning a return visit next month.

The board member is going to swim across the Firth of Forth as part of a charity effort.

On Sunday September 11, Tom will be joining more than 100 swimmers to cross from South to North Queensferry to raise more than £1,000 for Venture Trust, a charity supporting some of Scotland’s most disadvantaged young people and adults.

He said: “I’m inspired by the material difference Venture Trust makes in the lives of those it supports.”
