LECTURE:

The St Andrews Preservati­on Trust lecture will be held in the Music School at St Leonards School at 7.15pm today.

It will be delivered by Rachel Hart, archivist at St Andrews University since 2004 and deputy head of the library’s special collection­s since 2007.

The lecture will be preceded by a reception at 6.30pm, with tickets available on the door.

CLIMATE CHANGE:

Join Greener Kirkcaldy for an exploratio­n of what home means across the world at its Climate Change film night from 6 to 8.30pm today in the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy.

The group will be screening Home, which shows aerial footage from more than 50 countries.

ART CLUB:

Sean Kingsley from Butter Wynd Pottery demonstrat­ed his skills in throwing to members of Kirkcaldy Art Club.

He explained the process from digging his clay to developing the forms he makes, including a beer tankard, jug, wine goblet and salt pig.

COFFEE MORNING:

Cupar’s Corn Exchange will be the venue for a fundraisin­g coffee morning by the Air Training Corps.

It will run from 9.30 to 11.30am on Saturday.

WALKING CLUB:

Fife Walking Club meets at 10.30am on Saturday for a 10-mile trip taking in Black and Hare hills. Walkers should meet at Red Moss nature reserve car park. More informatio­n is available from www.fifewalkin­gclub.org.uk.

TABLE TOP:

The fundraisin­g committee of Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church will hold a table top sale from 10am to noon on Saturday in the Masonic Hall, Kincardine.

COMMUNITY CHURCH:

Buckhaven Community Church is on the move after outgrowing its Toll Park premises.

From this Sunday, members will meet in Buckhaven Community Centre on Kinnear Street each Sunday at 4pm with a café-style church.
