Council urged to apply for funding
Kirkcaldy MSP David Torrance is calling on Fife Council to apply for a share of an £11 million Scottish Government fund to test new energy-saving approaches for homes and businesses.
With the fund due to be rolled out in 2018, he said: “I am calling on Fife Council to submit proposals on how they’d use this funding to help meet local energy needs.”
