Dark blues hit by late leveller
DUNDEE 1 KILMARNOCK 1
Dundee were denied by a late leveller after a perfect start in yesterday’s Development League game at Dens Park.
The Dee only had three players over the age of 16 in their squad and it was one of them that opened the scoring after only 90 seconds.
Following a Killie corner, Mark Smith led the counter attack, sending in a low cross from the left wing that was turned in from close range by Max Anderson.
Both sides had chances but it was the visitors who equalised in the 89th minute.
Jack Paterson drove infield from the left wing and curled the ball past Calum Ferrie from inside the box.
