WRESTLING The World Wide Wrestling League will be back in Kirkcaldy later this month with a summer spectacula­r.

The event, which will take place at Fife Ice Arena at 2.30pm on Saturday July 22, will be headlined by a W3L Heavyweigh­t Championsh­ip match pitting James Scott defending against Impact Wrestling TV star Bram.

The Tag Team Championsh­ips and Women’s Championsh­ip will also be defended.

Tickets are on sale from www.W3LWrestli­ng.com and Fife Ice Arena priced £14, £12 and £44 for a family of four. JUDY MURRAY St Andrews’ Hope Park and Martyrs Church will play host to an evening with Judy Murray at 7pm on Friday August 18.

Judy’s autobiogra­phy, Knowing the Score, has recently been published. Tickets are available at Waterstone­s in St Andrews or on waterstone­s. com and cost £5. BANDSTAND SHOW The first bandstand concert organised by the Royal Burgh of St Andrews Community Council takes place this Sunday, in a series of seven over the summer.

Dysart Colliery Band will be performing at the St Andrews bandstand, next to the R&A building, from 2-4pm. There is no charge.

The organiser, community councillor Kyff Roberts, said: “We hope passersby will stop for a while to enjoy the music and the view and our fingers are crossed, of course, for a dry and sunny afternoon.” INTERNATIO­NAL MUSIC There will be the opportunit­y to see Spanish, Croatian, Polish, Chinese and Scottish music and dance in Fife next week.

Performers will be at Anstruther harbour from 5-7pm on Thursday July 20 as part of the 24th Dunedin Internatio­nal Folk Dance Festival.

The performanc­es will be from Varazdinsk­i Folklorni Ansambl, a folk dance ensemble from Croatia and Balladors des Raiguer, a recently-formed group of experience­d dancers from Majorca.

They will perform alongside Edinburgh-based dance groups, featuring the range of Scottish dances, plus Ojczyzna, a local recently-reformed Polish dance group, plus the Edinburgh Chinese Arts Associatio­n.
