EXHIBITION St Andrews artist Linda Paton will stage an exhibition of her work in St Andrews Art Club in Argyle Street from today until August 13.

DUNDEE UNITED IN FALKLAND Tomorrow sees Dundee United Under 20s arrive in Falkland for a friendly against Falkland AFC.

The match kicks off at 3pm at Tyndall Bruce Park. Entry is £2 with OAPs and under 16s free.

BANDSTAND CONCERT St Andrews Community Council’s series of bandstand concerts continues this Sunday when Lochgelly Brass Band will be performing at the bandstand on The Scores between 2 and 4pm.

The organiser, community councillor Kyff Roberts, said last Sunday’s gig was a success and added: “As expected, there was a huge positive impact on spectator numbers from the presence of the Kelpie maquettes towering above the bandstand. We hope that this will also be the case this Sunday.”

SERVICE Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church’s monthly Forth Bay Nursing Home service will take place at 3pm on Sunday.

WALKING CLUB Fife Walking Club will host its next walk at the Balcaskie Circular, Pittenweem, on Sunday. All are welcome to join the 7.5 mile trek with participan­ts asked to meet at 10.30am at the Station Road car park, St Monans.

COFFEE MORNING St Kenneth’s Church, Kennoway, is holding a coffee morning in the Smart Hall on Tuesday from 10 to 11.30am.

As well as refreshmen­ts there will be homebaking for sale with a tombola stall and an “Aladdin’s Cave” with bargains galore.
