A Use cold water.

Q Your house is on fire, what one item do you save?

A My children.

A Ain’t No Stoppin’ Me.

A Roast beef with all the trimmings.

Q Who do you admire most?

A My dad.

Q And who do you detest?

A No one, there’s no point hating anyone in life.

Q What’s your motto?

A You’re only as good as your last fish supper. Q Dream dinner party guest? A Holly Willoughby

Q What would be your superhero power/name?

A Fly Fish so I could fly wherever I want, whenever I want.

Q Quiet night in or big night out?

A I like both... but if it’s wild it has to be wild with a capital W.

Q Rebel rebel or teacher’s pet?

A For anyone who knows me, they know the answer – rebel rebel.

Q Happiest memory?

A Winning National Fish and Chip Shop of the year in 2013.

Q What are you proudest of?

A My business, The Bay Fish and Chips.

Q If you could turn back the clock what one thing would you change?

A I wouldn’t change anything, things happen for a reason.

Q What keeps you awake at night?

A Red wine.

Q Who would you like to thank?

A My friend from the navy, Arnie Evans.

Q What advice would you give to your younger self?

A Always go with your heart.

Q What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do?

A Cooking with Raymond Blanc in 2013.

Q Hardest thing you’ve had to give up?

A Smoking, I stopped 16 years ago.

Q Could you save someone’s life?

A Yes... well, I’d definitely give it my best shot.

Q What was the worst punishment you had as a child?

A Getting the belt at school.

Q Biggest regret?

A I don’t have any regrets.

Q Mobile phone ringtone?

A The Kill Bill ringtone.

Q First thing you’d do if you won £1 million?

A I’d tweet it... then go on a nice holiday.

Q What three words would your best friend use to describe you?

A Crazy, generous and funny.

Q Tell us a joke.

A There were two fish in a tank, one turned to the other and said how do we drive this thing?

Q What was the last text message that you sent and/or received?

A The last message I received was from a member of staff asking me for time off. The last message I sent was to my fish supplier thanking them for their support.

Q Where would you rather be right now?

A In a restaurant in the Maldives enjoying great food and wine.

Q Write your own epitaph.

A Workaholic who works hard but plays harder.
