Q Which comedians inspire you?

A I admire comedians who can sit down and make themselves write. Bill Burr, Chris Rock, Louis CK, Dave Chappelle. I just can’t do it. It’s not how my brain works. But they inspire me to try. Q Is there a darker side to comedy? A There’s just honesty. If that’s darker for some then that’s how it is.

Q Has your style changed since you first started out?

A Yes, but that’s also because I started young and my comedy has always been about what I know (or don’t know). Over the last few years I have finally been able to be much more myself on stage and that’s why my stuff has got darker – I have a dark sense of humour. Q Your house is on fire, what one item do you save? A Rowdy, my life-size velociraptor. Q Last meal on earth? A Steak.

Q Dream dinner party guests?

A Bill Burr, Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle. I don’t think I’d say a word. Just sit there and laugh my ass off. Q First thing you’d do if you won £1 million? A Spend it all. Q What would be your Super hero power/name? A Vape Man, in times of struggle I’d turn up and blow smoke through my nostrils. Q Quiet night in or big night out? A Big night out. Q City break or weekend in the country? A City. Q Early bird or night owl? A Night owl. Q Hardest thing you’ve had to give up? A Booze in August during the Edinburgh Festival.

Q Couch potato or fitness fanatic?

A Both. I love going to the gym but I also love a good night in with Netflix and takeaway. Q Home or abroad? A I love both – home for chilling, abroad for work. Q Rebel rebel or teacher’s pet? A I’d love to think I was a rebel...

Q Early or late?

A I always go to bed right on time – like, so right on time that it could almost be considered late, but it isn’t. Q What was the worst punishment you had as a child? A No TV. Q Cats or dogs? A Dogs. Q Sweet or savoury? A Savoury.

Q Happiest memory?

A Laughing so hard I was nearly sick when Kai, my flatmate and tour support, had an embarrassing accident involving a number two. Q Biggest regret? A That I didn’t film him doing it. Q Who do you admire most? A Kai for having the fortitude to tell people he’s done that. Q Save it or spend it? A Spend it. Q And who do you detest? A Trump, obvs. Q If you could turn back the clock, what one thing would you change? A My photoshoot for the tour poster. Q Who would you like to thank? A Mum and dad, obvs. Q Where would you rather be right now? A Vegas.
