CHRISTMAS BAZAAR The annual Christmas bazaar to raise funds for CHAS will be held in Kingsbarns Memorial Hall from 10am to 12pm on Saturday.

The annual bazaar is still one of the most popular events in the East Neuk Friends of CHAS calendar.

Set up 13 years ago the group has raised more than £60,000 for the charity.

The bazaar will have the usual stalls selling CHAS Christmas cards, home baking and crafts.

Entry is £2.50.

ELECTRIC BLANKETS A free electric blanket testing session will take place in the Baldridgeb­urn Community Centre, Dunfermlin­e, from 10am to 1pm tomorrow.

LADYBANK FOREST USERS Ladybank Forest Users Group’s annual general meeting will be held in Ladybank Church Hall, Church Street, Ladybank tomorrow at 7pm.

David Oliver, a well-known local ornitholog­ist, is guest for the evening and will give an illustrate­d talk about the Isle of May, which the group hopes to may visit in the course of the coming year.

KINGHORN HISTORICAL SOCIETY The October meeting of the Royal Burgh of Kinghorn Historical Society will take place tomorrow at 7.30pm in the Community Centre, Rosslands Place, Kinghorn.

The speaker will be Bob Terras who will talk about Operation Manna, the postwar air drop over the Netherland­s.

Admission is free for members (annual subscripti­on is £15) and £3 for visitors.

Tea or coffee and a biscuit is included.

ART CLUB Glenrothes Art Club is holding a six-week mixed media art class tomorrow in the Cottar House Studios.

Duncan of Jordanston­e graduate Rosalind Crawford will be the tutor at the event which runs from 2pm to 4pm.
