A92 ACCIDENT: Three vehicles were involved in a collision on the A92 near the Redhouse roundabout north of Kirkcaldy yesterday morning.

A spokeswoma­n for Police Scotland said no one had been seriously injured in the incident, which occurred at 7.50am.

However, there were long rush hour delays for motorists as emergency services worked to clear the eastbound carriagewa­y. GEOGRAPHIC SOCIETY: The next meeting of the Royal Scottish Geographic­al Society Kirkcaldy branch takes place at 7.30pm on Monday in the School of Midwifery, Kirkcaldy.

Luke and Hazel Robertson gave the last talk, discussing their 1,500-mile journey through Alaska by kayak and bike. BIKER DEATH: A motorcylis­t who died following a road accident in Barry will be laid to rest next week.

Graeme Bell, 27, from Carnoustie, died on Friday, November 3, when his motorcycle collided with a black Volkswagen Golf on the A930 at Barry just before 3pm.

It is understood the motorbike enthusiast was returning to work at Cupar Motorcycle­s in Fife from his home in Carnoustie when the accident occurred.

Mr Bell’s funeral service will take place at Carnoustie Church on Tuesday before interment in Shanwell Cemetery.

Mr Bell was described as an “amazing husband and best friend” of Jenni. CHURCH EVENTS: Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church’s Men’s Club meets on Monday in the session house when the guest speaker will talk about Scottish gravestone­s.
