Driver dies after collision
A man has died following a fourvehicle crash in Glasgow.
The 51-year-old was driving his Ford Ranger northbound on Dumbreck Road when it appears the vehicle lost control and struck a VW Polo being driven in the same direction by a 17 year-old girl, police said.
Another two cars, a Volkswagen Passat and a Renault Clio, were also damaged as a result of the crash on Sunday.
The man was taken by ambulance to the city’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later. No-one else was injured. Police inquires are continuing into the crash.
