Q What’s playing in your car these days? A Red Hot Chilli Pipers at the minute. Q What drives you? A My passion for the horses and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with them. Q Theme song for your life? A Benny Hill theme! Q Last meal on earth? A Pizza. Q What’s the best thing about horses? A The bond you can have with them – they have unconditional love. Q Who’s your favourite James Bond actor? A Daniel Craig because I have met him and seen him ride. Q What’s your favourite song, ever? A I can’t pick just one: that’s impossible! There are so many fantastic tunes out there. Q Your house is on fire, what one item do you save? A A painting of my horse, Brego. Q Dream dinner party guests? A Lorrenzo the flying Frenchman. Q First thing you’d do if you won £1 million? A Open a new equestrian centre. Q What would be your superhero power? A Be able to speak to horses like Doctor Dolittle. Q Quiet night in or big night out? A Quiet night in. Q Happiest memory? A Competing internationally on my own – bought and trained horse – with my mother lunging me. Q And most embarrassing? A Splitting my jeans in the middle of a show. Q City break or weekend in the country? A Weekend in the country. Q Early bird or night owl? A Early bird. Q Couch potato or fitness fanatic? A Fitness fanatic. Q Rebel rebel or teacher’s pet? A A bit of both. Q Cats or dogs? A Dogs. Q Biggest regret? A Don’t believe in them. Q What are you proudest of? A My team at Riders of the Storm. Watching the girls grow and turning into fantastic performers. Q Who do you admire most? A Cyclist Danny MacAskill. Q And who do you detest? A People who abuse animals. Q What advice would you give to your younger self? A That I should do my flexibility stretches to improve for vaulting. Q What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do? A Commentate our show in front of hundreds of people. Q Hardest thing you’ve had to give up? A My pony when I outgrew her. Q What’s your motto? A No pain, no gain. Q What’s your favourite animal? A Horses!
