Finally some festive joy for Red Devils

Jesse Lingard put the gloss on Manchester United’s first win in five matches as Jose Mourinho’s men beat Everton 2-0 at Goodison Park.
After a turgid first period Anthony Martial broke the deadlock in the 57th minute.
And in-form Lingard completed an ultimately comfortable evening for United when he lashed home his seventh goal in nine games nine minutes from time.
Ragnar Klavan proved Liverpool’s unlikely saviour as Jurgen Klopp’s men grabbed a dramatic 2-1 win over Burnley at Turf Moor.
The visitors looked set to have to settle for a point after Johann Berg Gudmundsson fired home three minutes from time to cancel out Sadio Mane’s second-half opener.
But Klavan powered home a closerange header deep into injury time.
Stoke boss Mark Hughes is under more pressure after a late goal from Ayoze Perez gave Newcastle a 1-0 win at the bet365 Stadium.
A classy volley from Riyad Mahrez paved the way for Leicester to brush aside Huddersfield with a 3-0 win at the King Power Stadium.
Mahrez fired home in the 53rd minute before turning provider for Islam Slimani to make it 2-0 seven minutes later. Marc Albrighton wrapped up victory in injury time.
Callum Wilson fired home after a mighty goalmouth scramble to salvage a 2-2 draw for Bournemouth at Brighton.
Anthony Knockaert’s early opener for the home side was cancelled out by Steve Cook before Glenn Murray put Brighton back in front early in the second half.
