Ardross Farm Shop

Ardross Farm Shop opened in 2005 to provide a farm gate shop for the farm’s traditiona­lly reared beef and fresh vegetables.

They now also produce their own honey and lamb, and have a commercial kitchen adding value to these products.

In addition, Ardross Farm Shop has a huge selection of local meats, ready meals, preserves and puddings, and aims to provide everything required for a fantastic local meal.

Puddledub

Puddledub was establishe­d by Tom Mitchell and his sister Camilla in 1999.

From supporting the first farmers markets and supplying small farm shops and delis, they have steadily built Puddledub into a team of 20, including five family members, and establishe­d a reputation as one of Scotland’s finest bacon and pork producers.

Summer Harvest

Based on the family farm in the heart of the Strathearn Valley, Summer Harvest grow, press, triple filter and bottle their cold pressed rapeseed oil.

Working with top catering company Wilde Thyme, their offering includes a range of five dressings, and all products are available in retail outlets across Scotland.

The Little Herb Farm

Situated near St Andrews and using local berries and home-grown herbs, The Little Herb Farm’s range of vinegar dressings have gone from a table at the local farmer’s market to UK-wide distributi­on.

Initially a family business, they now employ a team of five and have increased their range to include vegetable dips and crackers.
