Jam Jar can be found on Dundee’s Whitehall Crescent where AJ serves unique and bespoke creations. These are made using handmade in-house liqueurs, shrubs, tonics and infusions over giant, hand-cut crystal-clear ice, or in glass domes full of cherrywood smoke. AJ is eager to impress guests and says: “I live for this industry and I love this industry.”
Chris Smith – Bruach Bar
Chris is a fast-rising bartender from Belfast. As the general manager of Bruach in Broughty Ferry he is well known and respected within the Scottish hospitality scene.
He endeavours to inspire and educate customers’ choice of drinks with a passion for people and classic cocktails.
Chris throws wit and liquid passion into the mix at Bruach.
Julie Lewis – The Adamson
Julie graduated with a degree in hospitality management and has had a wealth of experience within the sector. She is driven by her passion for food and drink and puts delivering a quality guest experience at the top of her priority list. Julie is constantly improving her knowledge of tastes, trends and techniques and enjoys putting a local twist into the mix.
