October 2013 – Corrie is posted to RAF Honington after joining the Royal Air Force.

September 23 2016 – Corrie joins friends in Bury St Edmunds and the group go to watch musician Nick Lowe perform in a pub. Corrie requests a song and performs an impromptu duet with the musician. The group head to a Wetherspoons pub at 11.30pm.

September 24 2016 – The friends turn up at the town’s Flex nightclub at 12.30am, but Corrie, who is clearly intoxicated, is asked to leave at 1am. He orders two burgers, a kebab and some chips from a takeaway and eats in a shop doorway before falling asleep.

Corrie is seen for the last time on CCTV at 3.20am. He was eating a takeaway after being on a night out with friends in Bury St Edmunds. He turns off into a bin loading area known as the Horseshoe.

His mobile phone is traced to Barton Mills, 12 miles away from Bury St Edmunds, at 8am. The phone’s data followed the movements of a bin lorry which had been in the Horseshoe. However, the lorry’s weight ruled out any connection with the serviceman’s disappearance.

January 9 2017 – Fitness instructor April Oliver, 21, announces she is pregnant with Corrie’s child.

March 2017 – It is revealed the bin lorry was carrying a weight of more than 15 stones, and not 1st 10lb as first thought. Corrie’s mother Nicola Urquhart said it could only mean he had been dumped at the local landfill site. The site at Milton is searched by officers from Suffolk Constabulary.

June 2017 – Corrie’s daughter Ellie-Louise is born.

July 2017 – The search, which has cost £1.2 million, is called off. Thousands of people sign a petition calling for efforts to continue and Corrie’s father Martin McKeague blocks the entrance to the site with his mobile home. Police respond by saying the area being searched would not be filled in pending a review.

October 2017 – Search of landfill site resumes.

December 2017 – Mrs Urquhart says she no longer believes Corrie is at the landfill site after the search at Milton comes to an end.

March 2018 – The inquiry into Corrie’s disappearance is stood down and passed to a cold case team.
