BEACH CLEAN The Marine Conservati­on Society’s spring litter survey and beach clean will take place at Kinghorn Harbour Beach tomorrow at 11am.

Volunteers should meet at St James Place. Equipment is provided, although organisers say strong shoes or boots are a must as the beach has suffered badly from recent weather conditions.

FLOWER SHOW Entry forms for this year’s Fife Flower Show are now available from secretary Rosslyn Scott at 95 Warout Road, Glenrothes, or by calling 07809 219 579.

The show takes place at Leven Parish Church on September 15 and 16.

SEWING WORKSHOP The first in a series of new Sew Your Own workshops run by Greener Kirkcaldy will show people how to make their own shopping bags from recycled textiles. It will be held from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday April 25 in St Bryce Kirk Centre, Kirkcaldy.

GIDEONS West Fife Gideon branch will hold a prayer meeting from 10am to 11am on Tuesday in the Christian Community Church, Paton Street, Dunfermlin­e.

FOLK CLUB Dunfermlin­e Folk Club will welcome the Tannahill Weavers on their 50th anniversar­y tour at the Fire Station Creative, Dunfermlin­e, at 8pm on Wednesday.
