NOMINATIONS The congregation at Culross and Torryburn Parish Church will be asked to nominate willing candidates to serve on the nine-person nominating committee for its new minister following the service tomorrow in High Valleyfield Church.
The service starts at 9.45am with the nominations meeting at 11am. TALENT CONTEST The third heat of this year’s Fife United Inter Clubs Association talent contest will take place in Valleyfield Club tomorrow starting at 2pm.
Participating clubs will be Kinglassie Institute, Bowhill Hotel, The Gunner Club in Kirkcaldy, Rosyth and the host club, Valleyfield.
All singers will be accompanied on the keyboards by top organist Jackie Brown.
A raffle will also take place with all proceeds going towards this year’s association members children’s day out which will be held in August. Admission will be £1 at the door. WALKERS Fife Walking Club meets at 10.30am tomorrow for a 10-mile walk from Dollar to Forest Mill.

YOUNG CHURCH The Young Church at Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church starts at 11am tomorrow. SPEAKERS’ CLUB Dunfermline Speakers Club saw speakers describe which additions should be made to the new Carnegie Dunfermline Library and Galleries.
Talks focused on things like a children’s art display, drivethrough library service and a place for eccentric collections.
