Burgh wrap up league title with victory over Dalkeith

Tayport took the bragging rights over neighbours St Andrews at Barnetts Park as Charlie King’s men ran out 4-0 winners.

Jamie Gill was the chief tormentor for the visitors and it was Gill who put Tayport in front on 22 minutes when he converted a pass from Stewart McConnachie.

McConnachie made it 2-0 10 minutes later and Dayle Robertson headed home a Fraser Anderson corner for the third. Gill bagged a fourth on 50 minutes, heading home an Alan Tulleth cross.
